We are seeking TIG Welders for a direct hire opportunity in Hebron, KY. with a growing and innovative metal fabrication company.This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and more!Pay: $25-40/h (depending on experience) OR let us know what you desireShift: First and Second (there is shift differential of 10% in pay)Aerospace TIG Welding experience is a plus, but not requiredResponsibilities for TIG Welder: Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsSource, measure, and cut materials to specified dimensionsPerform TIG welding operations using appropriate materials and techniquesInspect completed welds and parts to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerancesPass required welding certification testsUse conventional and precision measuring instrumentsPerform in-process inspections and complete associated documentationMaintain and perform routine maintenance on welding and grinding equipmentGrind and finish products using manual and power grinding toolsQualifications for TIG Welder: High School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Vocational or Trade School Welding ProgramStrong practical and technical knowledge of TIG welding in aerospace applicationsAbility to interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprintsProficiency in basic math and mechanical principlesSkilled in the use of measuring tools and instruments with high precisionCapable of unit conversions (metric/imperial)If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!Feel free to text "TIG" to 321-418-6672 for faster response.INDH
