All selected responsibilities associated with
Business Systems Analyst Level II : Lead multiple projects and train and/or mentor other team members, peers, and clients as appropriate. Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions. Design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new requirements. Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 5+ years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility. Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML. Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral). Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
