We’re looking for a self-motivated, innovative, and passionate individual to help evolve our output, design, and video presence to grow audience across our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate is a creative, enthusiastic person who is passionate about crafting compelling content that tells stories, entertains, informs and impacts our communities. Position Overview The Video Producer is responsible for creating, shooting, producing, developing, and editing video content that will be distributed across digital platforms and social networks for all our brands. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide production for sales related projects and serve as a back up to provide coverage at times for the various brands. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, and is constantly innovating their approach to content technically, tactically, and creatively. We are looking for a candidate who can direct, produce, edit, and re-purpose video segments and original videos to create a desired impact, matching our brands and engaging our listeners. This person will shoot and edit videos in studio and/or at times in the field. This position is a part time role, scheduled for 20 hours a week. Note:

role that requires the employee to regularly work at our Seattle site. What You Will Do: Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: Direct, produce, and edit high-end original longform and shortform video content for distribution across multiple digital platforms Manage live video production for non-over-the-air projects Work closely with clients in identifying needs by storyboarding and creating project briefs Create marketing videos for brands and/or partners Re-purpose video content from shows for distribution across multiple digital platforms Curate digital content from brands and/or user generated content Create graphics designed for video Properly plan and communicate with digital sales team on video opportunities, performance, and scheduling Brand champion for Bonneville Seattle by following and communicating company guidelines, policies, and procedures Monitors video production performance Reports on video projects and identifies opportunities for growth Project manages and communicates video schedules and related campaign launches Work in tandem with the digital content team and digital sales team Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: 1-3 years of video directing, producing, editing Strong knowledge of local news and sports scene, including news, and trends Strong video editing ability in Adobe Premiere. Strong storytelling skills, creativity and a passion for pitching and executing story ideas from ideation to publication Fluency in the YouTube mediascape and other emerging platforms Must possess demonstrated communication and organization skills, and ability to react quickly and positively under a wide variety of situations Working knowledge in creating graphics for social media and web platforms. (Expertise in graphic design and motion graphics, preferred.) Passion for telling stories through video production. Understanding of production and post-production processes. Working knowledge of media encode formats Avid follower of pop culture Experience creating appealing content through Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms Proficient skills in Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Apple Motion, Illustrator & basic HTML skills, preferred. Experience with live streaming platforms (OBS Studio, Wirecast, VMIX, etc.), preferred. Training in video and audio production, communication, journalism, marketing, business, or related field preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience working with DSLR cameras, preferred. Knowledge of basic lighting configurations, preferred. Experience with recording field and studio audio, preferred Physical Demands Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Compensation Range $21.00 - $23.18
per hour. Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
