Restaurant Partner Onboarding Manager

About the Role You’ll lead onboarding and launch projects for new restaurant partners, ensuring they have a smooth and successful start with our platform. Your job will focus on project management, merchant communication, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams like Sales, Ops, Product, and Analytics. You’ll report to the Associate Manager of Strategy & Operations and may travel up to 10% of the time for merchant launches. What You’ll Do Plan and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners. Become an expert in the Bbot platform and train restaurant staff to use it effectively. Build training materials and ensure sites are tested and fully functional before going live. Identify and implement process improvements to make launches faster and smoother. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate timelines and improve overall merchant experience. Continuously look for ways to improve operations and contribute to product and team growth. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4–5 years of experience in project management, onboarding, or account management. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong presentation and communication skills (client-facing and internal). Proven experience driving adoption of new tools or processes across teams. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
