You’ll join the MyPolicyView team to help deliver the roadmap for Zinnia’s consumer-facing experience focused on reducing operational cost and empowering consumers to manage their policies digitally. In this role, you’ll work across engineering, design, user research, operations, client success, and carrier partners to ensure seamless delivery of features that provide real impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Drive day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product enhancements Partner with design and research teams to ensure we’re delivering polished, accessible,and intuitive UI/UX Translate complex product requirements into clear documentation, tickets, and acceptance criteria Collaborate across internal stakeholders (Ops, Client Success, Compliance, etc.) to gather inputs and align on solutions Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying user needs, market trends, and feedback from internal partners Ensure new features are delivered with quality and clarity, including participating in usertesting, UAT, and rollout planning Communicate product updates clearly across audiences included from internal teams to externalcarrier stakeholders WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products Strong track record of execution in cross-functional environments Demonstrated experience working closely with design and research teams to shape great user experiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA Comfort working with technical partners and understanding APIs and systems at a high level Familiarity with the life & annuity industry is a plus, but not required WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $105,000-$135,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
