AI/ML Engineer Summary: We're seeking a passionate, hands-on AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic Technology Research and Innovation team. You’ll play a pivotal role in spearheading AI initiatives and innovation, designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence systems that solve complex problems and drive technological advancement. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with large datasets, data analysis, and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Experience with Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented, Agentic AI workflows, and evaluation techniques. Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production. Knowledge of Snowflake Data Pipelines, Cortex, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and cloud deployment. Experience developing asynchronous Python APIs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Passion for AI advancements and continuous learning. Responsibilities: Generative AI Application Development:
Develop and implement AI solutions such as RAG and Agentic AI workflows, evaluate LLMs, and collaborate on integration. Model Development and Deployment:
Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for scalability and performance. Data Management:
Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer data; maintain data pipelines. Python API Development:
Build scalable APIs for model inferencing. Research and Innovation:
Stay updated on AI trends, conduct research, and drive innovative solutions. Collaboration and Communication:
Work with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and mentor junior staff. Company Description:
