Responsibilities:
May include overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Manages the development and implementation of products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or existing products. Reviews project status and budgets, prepares status reports, monitors projects from initiation to delivery, assesses issues, and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervening in issues with project managers, line managers, and clients. Differentiating factors: Autonomy:
Receives assignments in task and objective-oriented terms. Organizational Impact:
Establishes operational plans, implements policies and strategies, with decisions impacting schedules, customer satisfaction, resource allocation, and budgets. May have budget or P&L accountability. Focuses on continuous improvement and consistent deliverables. Innovation and Complexity:

Typically possesses advanced knowledge in a technical or professional discipline, understanding its organizational impact. Requires a University Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Education Required:
Bachelor's degree, Program Management certification
