Procurement Engineer

Participate in the sourcing process and select suppliers in response to customer inquiries. Identify and develop potential suppliers or manufacturers aligned with core product categories. Review supplier proposals and lead price negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Manage the company’s sourcing software, tracking activities based on inquiry productivity and hit rates. Develop and implement controls to monitor the setup and progress of customer inquiries. Coordinate technical knowledge-sharing sessions between manufacturers and sales team. Requirements Prefarable Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2 years of experience in procurement of mechanical, electrical or industrial components procurement is preferred.
