Senior Manager of Presales Solution Consulting

to lead our

Anaplan presales team

, driving impactful solution strategies for our Enterprise customers. This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in SaaS and Enterprise sales, a deep understanding of business planning and performance management, and a proven track record of leading high-performing presales teams in complex selling environments. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Consultants focused on Anaplan, ensuring continuous professional growth and skills development. Presales Strategy:

Develop and implement presales strategies that align with sales objectives, Anaplan product capabilities, and enterprise customer needs. Enterprise Engagement:

Partner closely with enterprise sales leaders to shape opportunities, influence deal strategy, and drive value-based selling approaches tailored to large organizations. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to align presales efforts with product innovation and customer success initiatives. Forecasting & Metrics:

Less about measuring General Manager mindset, run your business and the team lay out strategies and programs and align with key stakeholders Thought Leadership:

Stay ahead of market trends and Anaplan innovations, serving as a subject matter expert and evangelist for modern enterprise planning and connected planning principles. Executive Alignment:

Cultivate strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle. You bring

a strong Customer Facing executive presence.

Oversee the development and delivery of high-impact demos, prototypes, and value propositions that showcase Anaplan’s ability to solve complex business problems across finance, supply chain, and other planning domains. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in leading presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles in a SaaS or Enterprise software environment. Strong industry experience with focus in CPG, financial services, Technology, Telco, and Media. (TMT) Strong understanding of diverse sets of Enterprise Technologies including AI, Cloud, Data intelligence platforms. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or Solution Selling. Proven track record of influencing C-level stakeholders in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling solution narratives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
