Position Summary Salary Range: $72,000 - $87,100 The General Manager (GM) oversees all store operations, including expenses, merchandising standards, operational compliance, safety, security, and workforce management. The GM collaborates closely with cross-functional partners in Human Resources, Asset Protection, and Operations at various levels to execute the store’s business strategy. Success in this role depends on building and supporting a store culture aligned with PGA TOUR Superstore’s mission and values, fostering employee engagement and inspiration. The GM also maintains a strategic view of talent needs, drives sales and service strategies, champions customer service, and acts as the brand ambassador within the community. Key Responsibilities : Customer Experience Lead a knowledgeable and confident team to deliver a differentiated customer experience that prioritizes customer needs and creates a welcoming environment. Respond to customer feedback, build strong relationships, and use insights to coach and recognize team members. Ensure store pages are accurate to prevent negative customer experiences. Maintain the store’s appearance, cleanliness, and equipment to enhance the customer experience. Operational Excellence Create and execute the strategic plan to drive sales and profitability, analyzing reports and taking corrective actions as needed. Make informed business decisions based on market competition and customer insights. Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety, and security procedures. Ensure proper staffing schedules to support peak times and special events. Associate Engagement Create an inclusive, fun, and high-performance work environment aligned with core values. Develop and implement plans to improve associate engagement and retention. Manage talent development through individual development plans and coaching. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and inclusive behaviors. Recruit, hire, and retain passionate team members, overseeing onboarding and development plans. Qualifications and Skills Required: Communication:

Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical:

Strategic thinking with the ability to forecast and develop solutions for complex problems. Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Accountability:

Conflict management and leadership in accountability. Business Acumen:

P&L management and business understanding. Organization:

Ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively. Leadership:

Lead by example and enforce high standards of customer service. Education:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred. Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in sales, management, or people development. Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store, and lift up to 30 lbs.
