Preconstruction Manager
to join its growing team. As a recognized leader in the Northern Virginia market, this company is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, with a
diverse portfolio of commercial, entertainment, multlifamily and mixed-use projects.

In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of the preconstruction process-including conceptual estimating, bid management, value engineering, and subcontractor engagement-to ensure each project is positioned for success from the outset. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating within the commercial or multifamily construction industry. Proficiency with preconstruction and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
