Head of Finance

We are partnering with a well-established real estate solutions company headquartered in Singapore. This senior finance leadership role reports directly to the CEO and Board and plays a critical part in driving the company’s financial strategy and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance. Drive insightful financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions. Deliver commercial insights on cost structures, product profitability, and inventory management to ensure cohesive alignment between service delivery and product sales. Strengthen financial reporting frameworks and internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital investments. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Prepare comprehensive board reports, including financial presentations and KPI dashboards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline. Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA is essential. Minimum 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within architecture, design consultancy, construction, or related sectors. Strong expertise in corporate financial governance, reporting, and compliance. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders as a trusted strategic partner.
