Mid-Level Trademark Associate (4816)
to join its established intellectual property group. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of focused trademark experience, strong writing and research skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to client service. This is a key opportunity to support both U.S. and international brand protection efforts in a dynamic and well-regarded IP practice. What You’ll Do: Manage U.S. and global trademark portfolios, including clearance, prosecution, and enforcement Represent clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB Advise on brand strategy, anti-counterfeiting, and domain name enforcement (including UDRP) Support copyright registrations and related IP matters Collaborate with colleagues and clients on strategic IP protection initiatives What They’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in trademark law (firm or in-house) Strong knowledge of trademark prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management Familiarity with copyright and domain name legal issues Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills Licensed to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction; strong academic credentials required Authorized to work in the U.S. This is an outstanding opportunity for a trademark attorney looking to grow within a sophisticated IP practice in Seattle.
