Information Technology / Full Time On-Site

Position Overview As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) at CGS, you will provide expertise in application and systems software to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems to define processes and procedures across departments. You will assist with designing, developing, documenting, and delivering standard operating procedures, presentations, and training materials for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate must possess extensive technical experience and demonstrate high performance in multifaceted situations.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Assess and, if necessary, redefine procedures and standards using your expertise and best practices.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and system users to improve understanding of agency systems.

Coordinate with IT and business experts on program goals, requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projects.

Recommend improvements for IT systems and business initiatives.

Develop documentation such as procedures and manuals for processes and technology needs.

Determine upgrade or replacement strategies for information systems.

Support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years' experience with OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Knowledge of data governance, management, modeling, cleansing, extraction, transformation, analysis, migration, and mapping.

7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.

Experience with Agile methodology and data analytics tools (e.g., ADVANA) is highly desirable.

Experience with UNIX OS, Java, SFTO, and APEX is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $131,622.40 - $178,630.40 annually
