Kleen Test Products Corporation is seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on
Director of Manufacturing
to lead operations across multiple KTP facilities. This role is ideal for a
high-performance manufacturing leader
with a proven track record in
high-speed and regulated manufacturing environments ,
labor management , and a
continuous improvement mindset . You will champion accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead by example—coaching your teams, solving problems side-by-side on the floor, and making quick, confident decisions to deliver outstanding customer results. Provide strategic direction and daily leadership for multiple KTP manufacturing facilities. Push production to meet aggressive goals while upholding the highest standards of
safety
and
quality . Direct scheduling, asset maintenance, and production operations to exceed customer expectations. Hold teams accountable
to results through transparent goal setting and performance metrics. Lead and develop high-performing teams; coach and mentor managers and line staff for sustained success. Optimize use of
temporary labor
resources and build strong onboarding, training, and performance systems. Actively engage on the production floor to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. Champion and implement
Lean Manufacturing principles
to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions that meet strategic business goals. Why Join Kleen Test Products?

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience , especially in high-speed operations. Experience in
contract manufacturing
highly preferred. Demonstrated success managing
temporary workforce
structures. Proven
leadership skills
with a clear focus on
accountability and results . Hands-on problem solver with strong
technical knowledge
of production systems and workflows. Skilled in quick decision-making under pressure while maintaining safety and composure. Track record of
coaching and developing
talent at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Work Environment & Travel
Regular presence on the production floor alongside teams. Frequent travel to local KTP facilities; occasional travel to customers and suppliers. Exposure to mechanical equipment, packaging lines, and PPE-required areas. Moderate noise levels depending on location. Physical Demands
Regular standing, walking, reaching, and manual dexterity required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; infrequent lifting of heavier items. Visual acuity and adaptability for operational oversight. Our Culture at Kleen Test Products
