Position Overview ADM Group is seeking a visionary and strategic President & CEO to lead the firm into its next chapter of growth and innovation. This individual will be the face of the firm—driving vision, overseeing operations, cultivating strong client and industry relationships, and ensuring the continued success of our employee-owned culture. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in architecture or construction management, a proven track record of leadership, and the business acumen necessary to drive financial and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership •Develop and implement the firm’s long-term strategic vision and growth strategies. •Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, CFO, and COO to ensure alignment of organizational goals. •Identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks. •Track and assess firm performance, implementing necessary improvements. Operational Management •Oversee financial planning and reporting, ensuring sound fiscal management. •Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies. •Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ethical leadership. •Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team. Business Development & Client Engagement •Strengthen and expand client relationships and partnerships. •Lead marketing and business development initiatives. •Act as a key spokesperson and representative of the firm within the industry. Communication & Culture •Serve as the firm’s public face with clients, stakeholders, and the broader architectural community. •Foster a positive and inclusive culture consistent with ADM’s ESOP values. •Lead internal communication and regularly update the board on progress and strategy. Qualifications Education •Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Management (B.Arch, BS in CM) •Preferred: MBA or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from an accredited institution •Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continued learning Experience •Extensive leadership experience in architectural design or construction project management •Proven success in managing firm operations and driving growth •Strong financial, strategic, and organizational management skills •Track record of building and sustaining client relationships and networks •Experience within an ESOP or employee-owned firm is a plus Work Environment & Expectations •Full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week •Primarily office-based, with some travel between Arizona and Texas locations •Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends required• Physical activity may include light lifting, walking, and standing •Competitive salary commensurate with experience •Employee ownership opportunity through ESOP •Leadership development and professional growth support •One-year transitional period working alongside the current CEO Commitment to Equity ADM Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
