HR Admin Assistant

On Site in Rancho Santa Margarita

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM

Pay Range: $21-24/HR, Depending on Relevant Experience.

Fantastic restaurant franchise operating out of California is currently seeking a dynamic HR Admin Assistant for their Rancho Santa Margarita office. This is an ideal role for a recent college graduate or someone with a background providing assistance in a Human Resources role. We are seeking a candidate who is bilingual in English and Spanish as well as someone who is open to working our early morning shift.

Responsibilities:

Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.

Process change of status paperwork for employees.

Process required documents for Leaves of Absences; Update and track LOAs using the reports.

Review and order uniforms for new hires.

Update and post the Employee Directory.

Order office supplies as necessary.

Distribute company outreach via flyers and email.

Assist with scheduling interviews with job candidates.

Assist with coordinating employee events such as lunches, Employee Appreciation days, and Birthday celebrations.

Assist during our annual employee safety training (English & Spanish)

Assist with translating memos, forms, and other correspondence from English to Spanish.

Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak)

HS Diploma or GED + 3 years of experience in an HR role

Additional education and experience is a plus.

Intermediate MS Office Skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality on employee information.
