Job Summary The Sr. Marketing Manager – Growth Marketing (APAC Markets) is responsible for driving growth across performance marketing channels, including paid search, shopping, paid social, display, and video advertising, to increase sales, revenue, and customer acquisition in the APAC region, with a focus on Japan and Korea. Other markets include Australia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This role reports to the Director of Global Paid Media and supports the APAC leadership in developing strategies to scale marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing the paid media program, optimizing campaigns, testing, creative development, and reporting. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, creative, with extensive experience in enterprise e-commerce growth, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with data manipulation and reporting. Job Expectations Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels. Drive eCommerce user acquisition through paid media and ASO. Plan and manage large-scale campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tracking and reporting. Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed goals using various performance levers. Support product feed marketing efforts. Work with stakeholders and creative teams to develop assets. Manage vendor and agency relationships. Maintain relevant certifications such as Google Adwords Certified Professional. Requirements Strong communication skills in English and Japanese; Korean and Chinese proficiency a plus. Understanding of performance marketing strategies and tactics. Experience with paid search, social, display, and video advertising platforms. Data analytics and attribution knowledge (CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn). Proficiency with ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords. Equipment knowledge including G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and Excel. At least 4-5+ years in paid marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. Additional Information Salary range: $115,850—$140,000 USD.
