We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Manager to oversee our branding, social media platforms, and print/digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and digital marketing, with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels. Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media, print materials, email campaigns, and the company website. • Design and produce marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, signage, advertisements, and presentations. • Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement to maximize audience reach and interaction. • Work closely with the real estate team to highlight property listings, company achievements, and industry insights. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation. • Stay up to date with design trends, real estate market insights, and emerging social media trends. Qualifications: • Expertise in current trends on all social media platforms • Applicant should be a strong project manager with excellent communication skills and time management skills Compensation: $50,000+ Based on experience
