About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter

to join our dynamic team at a leading generative AI company. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of hiring top-tier talent while redefining our recruitment strategies to align with our innovative goals. As a key player in the recruitment process, you will manage the full sales cycle recruitment for roles across multiple departments, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent to drive our growth and success in the generative AI space. This position requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles as well as a familiarity with the Greenhouse ATS platform. The role is a

40-hour-per-week contract position , with working hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST) . There is potential for extension or conversion to a full-time equivalent (FTE) position based on performance and organizational needs. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process

for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to the generative AI market. Fully understand the sales cycle to ensure accuracy in selecting top talent that aligns with our sales strategies and objectives. Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals and deadlines, ensuring alignment with our sales and marketing strategies. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders, focusing on the impact of generative AI on sales processes. Qualifications 10+ years of experience

in recruiting within software companies across multiple disciplines Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems. Proven ability to source and engage top talent in a competitive market, especially in the context of generative AI. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Availability to work PST hours and commit to a 40-hour workweek . Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and hiring needs, particularly as the generative AI landscape evolves. This is a contract position with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time role based on performance and business demand. Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling.
