Thales is seeking an experienced
Senior ServiceNow Developer
to lead initiatives improving internal and external customer interactions with Client Services tools, including ServiceNow, telephony infrastructure, and integrations. The role involves developing technical architectures, proposing solutions, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The candidate will review and approve solutions, ensuring efficient implementation with minimal maintenance. Key Responsibilities Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements regularly. Create workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for proposed improvements. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with project teams to analyze complex issues and recommend architectures. Identify and address issues affecting the Support Portal. Participate in scheduling and managing upgrades of tools like ServiceNow and CRM systems. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of ServiceNow development or similar CRM experience. 2+ years API, Web Services, and Database experience (e.g., Oracle). 6+ years in IT support or development roles.
