The Role At PSI, Inc., the Warehouse Manager plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring the smooth movement of materials and supporting our field teams. Responsibilities include stocking and organizing the warehouse, receiving purchase orders, and delivering materials to technicians. The role involves maintaining safety standards, supporting field operations, and continuously seeking efficiency improvements. Additional duties may evolve based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Stock & Organize:
Maintain an orderly warehouse with accurate inventory to keep technicians equipped. Receive & Distribute:
Process purchase orders and deliver materials accurately to technicians. Support in the Field:
Occasionally deliver and pick up materials from job sites to prevent downtime. Inventory Accuracy:
Conduct regular counts and audits for precise records. Warehouse Cleanliness:
Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement efficiency enhancements. Vendor Relations:
Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong partnerships. Qualifications Experience:
3+ years in warehouse operations or related roles. Experience supporting field teams is a plus. Licenses:
Valid driver's license required for occasional deliveries and pickups. Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; technical knowledge of warehouse systems; safety-conscious and proactive mindset.
