System Engineer

Job Summary: Role: System Engineer Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / IT networking or any other relevant field of studies - Experience in Microsoft system, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware and IT network knowledge would be an advantage - Experience with Windows Server administration and virtualization environments - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Display positive learning attitude and aptitude Roles and Responsibilities: - Project Management- managing and monitoring the installation, configuration, testing of systems and infrastructure - Deploying and configuring the systems and infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability and security. - Assist in the implementation and maintaining strategies for security, backup, redundancy - Administration of windows servers and virtualization environments - Providing reports on project status, activities and achievements to upper management. - Ensure timely project delivery to customers - Product testing and evaluation - Identifying and resolving issues with systems, servers, storage, networks etc. - Produce technical documentation for implementation / UAT / Technical Manual - Attend to site installation, configuration & troubleshooting - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users and government agencies - Other duties assigned Please send your application highlighting: - Your relevant experience - Current/expected salary - Availability information - A latest MS-WORD Resume **We regret that only short-listed applicants will be contacted.** GECO Asia values the data privacy rights of our customers, associates, partners and prospective applicants.
