State Street is an industry leader in providing administrative fund services to Hedge Fund and Private Market managers within our Alternative Investment Solutions business group. Our Private Credit team delivers customized service solutions for investment funds with closed-end structures and various portfolio investments. This role offers candidates the opportunity to service hybrid hedge and private equity products for leading asset managers. The PE NAV role is central to delivering administrative services, interacting daily with teams such as trade operations, investor services, custody, tax, and financial reporting across global locations. IFS, also known as Alternative Investment Solutions, is a leading provider of fund accounting, administration, and risk services to hedge funds and private market funds, offering end-to-end solutions across front-, middle-, and back-office functions. What you will be responsible for As Fund Accounting & Administration, AVP, you will: Manage a growing team providing accounting and administrative services for multiple alternative investment clients. Allocate income, determine management and incentive fees per waterfall provisions, and process capital events like calls and distributions. Oversee portfolio and fund-level accounting, review, and approve net asset value reports. Lead onboarding of existing and new funds. Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Design technology solutions for complex reporting needs. Identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in strategic initiatives. Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
