WHO WE NEED: Arootah is seeking an experienced Director of Family Office to advise our prestigious client base of Hedge Fund and Family Office clients. This role involves providing advisory-based planning and relationship management to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of prospects and clients, delivering an exceptional client experience. Who You Are
7+ years of experience within a Family Office Deep knowledge of current regulatory environments Expertise in the alternatives investment space Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaborative, analytical, and research skills Ability to thrive in data-driven decision-making What You'll Do
Advise clients on Family Office and Hedge Fund Management needs, sharing expertise to improve processes and operations Support the execution of monthly action plans Identify and address internal and external roadblocks Break down goals into actionable steps and devise plans accordingly Provide resources for implementing client action plans Implement policies, procedures, and controls Review and analyze client tools to ensure industry best practices Evaluate client progress using KPIs and scoring matrices Maintain detailed records of consulting results Job Status
