Job Description
P10 is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, from strategic sourcing through to offer acceptance, across a wide range of roles and businesses within the P10 ecosystem. This critical role will partner with directly with hiring managers and leaders to tailor recruiting strategies to meet the distinct needs of each team and organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating highly customized recruiting strategies, creating and leveraging strong cross-functional relationships and driving process efficiencies.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting across P10 platform, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring roles are filled efficiently with top caliber candidates.
Manager & Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive stakeholders by understanding their talent needs through their business objectives.
Facilitate intake meetings, set clear expectations, provide regular updates to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Shared Services Model
Design, implement and continuously refine a centralized recruiting service model to support the unique hiring needs at P10.
Create scalable processes, define service level agreements (SLAs) and establish tools, templates and training to drive consistency, efficiency and quality across the program.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Proactively source passive and active candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, niche job boards and industry networks.
Maintain robust talent pipelines for key positions and commonly hired roles with a focus on high potential candidates.
Vendor Management
Oversee relationships with external recruiting firms and staffing agencies.
Negotiate terms and monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality and hiring satisfaction.
Candidate Experience
Champion a seamless and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Ensure all interactions are personalized, timely and aligned with organizational brand and values.
Qualifications:
Required:
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Proven ability to source, engage, and close top talent across a variety of roles and industries; experience with executive, finance, or investment firm recruiting is a plus.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and recruitment tools
Skilled at building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders; highly collaborative and consultative in approach.
Demonstrated ability to develop and improve recruiting processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and professionalism.
