The AMS Marketing Executive position offers a base wage of $18.04 per hour, with additional production pay, resulting in an annual compensation range of approximately $12,000 to $113,000. Hyatt Vacation Club, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. We are currently looking for outgoing, financially motivated individuals to work with guests at events and off-property locations such as MLB, NBA, NHL games, concerts, theme parks, malls, fairs, and trade shows to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club Program. As an Event Sales & Marketing Agent (OPC), you will offer guests financial incentives in exchange for learning about our points-based ownership product. Pay:

$18.04 per hour plus bonuses/commission, with up to $250/week additional training pay for the first 10 weeks. Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days per week; schedules vary depending on events, with night and weekend availability required. Must be available to attend events throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. Currently offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid after 45 days of employment $500 paid after 6 months of employment Additional terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Providing excellent service to exceed sales and volume goals. Ensuring guests meet eligibility requirements and are interested in learning about Hyatt Vacation Club products. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcoming and greeting guests; addressing their needs proactively. Interacting professionally with guests and colleagues. Contributing to team goals. Following company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience preferred; highly motivated candidates are encouraged to apply. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Background and drug screening may be required. Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Ability to operate company vehicles following policies.
