New Car Sales Manager
will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales volume, leading and developing the sales team, recruiting top talent, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Lead the new car sales department to exceed monthly and annual objectives
Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve maximum performance
Monitor sales processes, deal structures, and profitability to ensure operational excellence
Motivate and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Analyze market trends and implement strategies to grow market share
Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless operations and cross-departmental success
Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs, policies, and standards
