This position is not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship at this time. Responsibilities include: Driving new business in select TME accounts, managing services sales and margins. Positioning Fractal solutions to meet client needs and becoming a trusted advisor. Using industry knowledge to educate clients on our value and expertise. Building deep understanding of client priorities and challenges. Developing relationships within the account domain. Leading solution sales campaigns independently. Driving business development and pre-sales initiatives. Representing the full Fractal portfolio, including AI, Engineering, and Behavioral sciences. Success profile: Proven track record in strategic engagements and exceeding goals. Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage revenue growth. Effective storyteller with ability to connect client challenges to solutions. Excellent communication skills across all levels. Leadership experience in global teams. Qualifications and skills: 12-15 years in data analytics industry with client interaction experience. Ability to grow accounts and develop cross-geography relationships. Deep knowledge of TME domains and analytics technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Graduate degree in relevant fields preferred. Self-driven with a growth mindset. Pay range:
$130,000 - $230,000, plus potential discretionary bonus. Benefits:
