Job Description Purpose: This is a financial leadership role within the Aesthetics US finance team accountable for the overall financial oversight of existing Alle consumer loyalty program, new product developments for Alle for Business as well as AA US Financial Controls. This role would directly partner with Marketing Customer Operations AA tech teams to enable define business processes in a robust financial controlled environment. This role will oversee the SOX controls for the AA business units. Responsibilities: List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope. Key responsibilities are financial review and control environment analysis for Alle (Consumer loyalty program), Alle for Business (Alle for providers), and overall AA US Financial Controls. This role will manage a team of 3 Finance and Data Analysis professionals. These responsibilities include: Related to Alle the Senior FM will establish effective business relationships within the organization and maintain knowledge of all technology programs Design and coordinate implementation of financial controls for all these initiatives Design and implement financial controls for all critical business processes including pricing, and GTN. Oversee input pricing activities in SAP. Manage various loyalty programs. This include actioning cadence, lead quarterly meeting with the business, lead process changes and automation efforts, maintain SOPs. Ensure department audits and investigations are completed according to Company’s and departmental policies and procedures. Design robust financial controls per AbbVie audit recommendations. Coordinate with corporate SOX team to eliminate duplicate efforts and improve independent auditor’s reliance on management’s test work. Communicate and present results of audits and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations. Evaluate and determine adequacy of internal controls. Prepare findings and recommendations for identified internal control weaknesses. Staff Development – responsible for delegating to and coaching a team of 3 employees to ensure an optimal level of support to the business and provide coaching and career development opportunities to sustain a high performing staff

Qualifications Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 10 plus years of finance/accounting experience. Prior people manager experience is required. •Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. •Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point and proficient in business applications. •Must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change to achieve required timelines and can work in team environment. •Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance •Learns and grasps concepts fast and can change course quickly where necessary. •Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo. •Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality.

Additional Information Key Stakeholders: The Finance Manager will interact with several Vice Presidents within the Medical Aesthetics organization included but not limited to, VP of Pricing, VP of Sales Ops, VP of Finance amongst others.
