- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Prepare financial statements and management reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. - Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and support annual audits by providing accurate documentation and liaising with external auditors. - Monitor cash flow, accruals, and account reconciliations to ensure proper financial management. - Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation and schedules to support tax filings, audits, and management reporting. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making and budgeting. - Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring team efficiency and adherence to accounting best practices.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in general accounting or financial reporting. - Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end/year-end closing procedures. - Hands-on experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: - CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional certification. - Experience with corporate tax filings and multi-state compliance. - Prior experience in public accounting or a corporate finance department. - Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. - Experience with audit coordination and implementing internal controls. - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
