Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director in the Omaha area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and administering all services in compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. The Executive Director holds ultimate responsibility for the fiscal, physical, and operational functions of the community. What does Hillcrest have to offer?

Minimum of five years' senior leadership or management experience in a CCRC, diverse senior living community, or a large hotel; experience with new community startups is a plus Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
