The Opportunity Based in Mandurah, WA, the Administration Officer's purpose is to contribute to achieving business goals and objectives by providing high-quality support in administrative duties and dealing professionally with customers. This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, initially, with the potential to go permanent. Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites. Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs. Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines. Strive to continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and improving existing capabilities. About You We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and a commitment to sustainability.
