WinnCompanies is seeking a
Service Order Maintenance Manager
to join our military housing services team in
Fort Wainwright, AK . This role involves assisting the Director of Facilities in maintaining service order and preventive maintenance standards across all communities within the project. The Manager will oversee the Service Order Department. Note:
This position is at a federal facility. As per the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required for access. Responsibilities
Manage service order work, utilizing YARDI tools. Handle customer concerns, follow-ups, and escalation processes. Participate in hiring, performance management, and training of staff. Ensure compliance with policies and standards, and communicate effectively with maintenance and community teams. Coordinate preventive maintenance, including scheduling and quality control. Manage budgets, reports, and property damage/incident evaluations. Act as Mold Operations and Maintenance Coordinator, managing related documentation and repairs. Supervise 5-9 employees directly, and 21-50 indirectly. Requirements
High school diploma or GED. 3-5 years relevant experience; 1-3 years supervisory experience. Valid driver's license in good standing. Knowledge of residential maintenance and construction. Leadership, coaching, and computer skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications
Vocational/technical training. Experience with reporting, data analysis, budgeting. Yardi software experience. #IND2 Benefits
