Job Summary: The Manager of Supplier Inclusion will be responsible for driving growth by meeting customer expectations for inclusive sourcing. This role is core to Sysco’s broader Sustainability and Inclusion strategies and will lead efforts to identify and scale high-performing, diverse suppliers that help deliver on both commercial and sustainability goals. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to design and implement the systems, partnerships, and internal capabilities needed to unlock value from supplier inclusion. This role is not about representation for its own sake—it’s about building a more resilient, innovative, and customer-aligned supply chain. Success in this role means delivering results: growing sales by helping customers meet their inclusion goals, expanding access to high-quality products, and embedding supplier inclusion into the way Sysco does business. Duties and Responsibilities: Partner directly with customers to understand how they define and prioritize supplier inclusion within their sustainability and procurement strategies.

Translate customer expectations into actionable frameworks and tools that help Sysco identify, grow, and promote suppliers across a broad range of diversity dimensions (e.g., geography, ownership, background, business model).

Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to ensure accurate supplier attribution and the integration of inclusion data into Sysco Shop, reporting systems, and sales tools.

Work with Merchandising, Field Sales, and Category teams to help promising suppliers get discovered, onboarded, and integrated into category strategies.

Build and scale internal processes to help suppliers succeed—including access to onboarding resources, training, tools, and support to achieve third-party certifications or other verifications.

Serve as Sysco’s lead representative in external partnerships with certifying organizations and business groups that support inclusive supplier ecosystems.

Develop and deliver training, content, and enablement tools that empower sales teams and merchants to incorporate supplier inclusion into customer conversations and sourcing decisions.

Track program performance, supplier pipeline health, and customer impact, and report progress against internal goals and external ESG requirements.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree. Education Preferred: Sustainability Experience Required: 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandising, customer success, sustainability, or supplier diversity/inclusion. Proven ability to build and scale programs that integrate across functions, systems, and stakeholders.

Strong customer orientation and experience working directly with external partners or clients.

Understanding supplier enablement, sourcing systems, and/or third-party certification landscapes is a plus.

Clear communicator with the ability to influence at multiple levels and align stakeholders around shared goals.

Strategic thinker with a bias for action and comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
