Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our dedicated team. If you thrive on building strong teams, enhancing workplace culture, and navigating the full spectrum of HR responsibilities with professionalism and purpose—we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Day-to-Day in the Sunshine): Serve as the on-site HR advisor, partnering with leaders to support employee engagement and performance Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate and new hire experience Support talent management initiatives including workforce planning, coaching, and succession planning Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and care, including investigations and performance improvement plans Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Monitor HR metrics and maintain accurate, confidential employee records Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture through engagement and recognition efforts What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of progressive HR experience (senior living or healthcare experience preferred) HR certifications preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills—you know how to listen, lead, and influence Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with professionalism, flexibility, and a sense of humor Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Required Training (We’ve Got You Covered): Your journey starts with an
on-site training experience at our beautiful Kingston community in Hickory, North Carolina . This hands-on training will set you up for success in your role at Santa Fe. All
