Job Description We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we’d love to hear from you. Compensation:
$15 - $17 Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities like pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces. Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, keeping detailed records. Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution. Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations. Qualifications:
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
