Amprius Technologies is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven

Marketing Communications Specialist

to join our fast-paced team at the forefront of next-generation lithium-ion battery innovation. This is a hands-on role supporting the execution of brand and communication initiatives that span trade shows, social media, product launches, and video content.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership to help translate our achievements into compelling marketing deliverables that showcase Amprius' impact across aerospace, defense, and electric mobility. Job Responsibilities

Events & Trade Shows

Coordinate Amprius' presence at industry conferences, including booth logistics, signage, collateral, and branded swag Manage event calendars, registration deadlines, and cross-functional planning

Social Media & Digital Content

Plan and schedule organic campaigns across LinkedIn and YouTube Create short-form assets (graphics, carousels, copy, thumbnails) aligned with brand messaging Support the team in creating presentations tailored to the audience's needs

Video & Animation Projects

Manage deliverables for corporate videos, product demos, and animations Support creative direction, script outlines, and internal approvals

Marketing & Sales Collateral

Develop and maintain newsletter production, press releases, email campaigns, one-pagers, and tradeshow materials Support the development and execution of deliverables that position Amprius as a leader in high-performance silicon anode battery technology

Website & Social Media

Assist with updating website content to reflect new products, events, and campaigns Collaborate on SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and website performance improvements Draft social media copy to elevate Amprius' visibility and market perception

Marketing Analytics

Track and help compile reports on engagement metrics across marketing activities and sales campaigns Collaborate with sales, product, and external vendors to support integrated campaigns Analyze market potential and gather intelligence and propose product development ideas Monitor media coverage, competitive news, and industry trends to inform messaging, positioning, and content priorities

Travel Requirements:

up to 10%

Requirements

Strong writing and editing skills for professional, technical, and creative content. Experience collaborating with external vendors (e.g., designers, video producers, or PR agencies) Familiarity with B2B platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube Experience with design and content tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma and project management tools like Asana is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities Ability to work as a part of the team as well as independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules. Enthusiasm for innovation, cleantech, aerospace, or advanced hardware technologies

Education, Certifications, Experience

BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration with marketing concentration. 2+ years' experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or related B2B technical marketing role.

Physical Demands & Work Location:

Fremont, CA: This is an on-site job. Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required. Work performed in an office environment and requires ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards Be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. May be required to stand, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, lift, balance, push, and pull May need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, a lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, respirator and safety shoes.

Benefits

Comprehensive compensation package includes base salary + generous RSUs. Salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. Base salary will be determined based on knowledge, experience, and education.
