The Missouri Reign is seeking a Event Services Supervisor to oversee front-facing operations on game days. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for fans by supervising both the concessions/merchandise stand and gate ticketing areas.

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include: Leadership and Supervision Lead and support both the concessions and gate teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Delegate tasks, provide clear instructions, and foster a collaborative, positive work environment. Serve as the point of contact for game day staff in both areas, troubleshooting and solving problems as needed. Customer Service Set and uphold a high standard of service at all public-facing points. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, whether related to food service, tickets, or general inquiries. Guide fans through QR code ticketing, digital programs, or other digital processes. Merch Setup and Inventory Set up and break down the merchandise table or stand on game days. Track inventory before and after games; communicate low stock to supervisors. Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and easily accessible. Inventory and Stock Management Monitor and maintain inventory levels before, during, and after games. Coordinate with vendors and oversee restocking procedures to ensure all items are fresh and available. Remove expired or damaged items and maintain clean storage areas. Ordering and Supplies Oversee orders with vendors and confirm delivery accuracy in coordination with team president. Pick up or receive supplies and prepare stands for operation, go pick up things necessary on game day. Food Safety and Cleanliness Enforce food handling hygiene and sanitation standards. Ensure workspaces, serving areas, and storage remain clean and organized. Cash Handling (Concessions) Oversee cash handling procedures for food and drink sales. Ensure accuracy, secure storage, and reconciliation of daily revenue. Ticket Collection and Entry Manage the gate team in scanning and collecting tickets at entrances. Ensure fans enter the venue quickly, safely, and with a welcoming experience. Promote special events, donation opportunities, or QR ticketing as needed. Sales and Transactions Handle ticket sales and cash transactions when necessary. Maintain integrity and accuracy in all financial dealings. Crowd Management: Work collaboratively with security personnel to ensure a safe and orderly flow of spectators during ingress and egress. Assist in implementing crowd control measures as needed. Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, attendance figures, and any other relevant data. Prepare reports summarizing ticketing activities for post-event analysis. Track attendance and record for each home game. Collaborate with other event staff and departments to coordinate logistical aspects of ticketing operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any challenges and ensure a cohesive event experience. Note: these positions will be filled with volunteers that you will coordinate with. It is not expected for you to do each of these. A general understanding of these positions will be important because you will be the point of contact. Qualifications

- Strong communication and leadership skills - Comfortable with technology (QR codes, POS systems, ticket scanners) - Dependable and proactive, especially under pressure - Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor - Able to lift and move supplies and stand for extended periods - Flexible and willing to assist in various game day operations as needed
