Site Manager (ELECTRICAL)

Job Description: - Responsible for the execution of all contracts progress - Design mechanical & electrical systems - Monitor site progress and liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments - Report site progress and issues to the Project Director / Project General Manager / Senior Project Manager - Attend site meetings and daily briefings - Guide and supervise Engineers, Assistant Engineers, and Supervisors - Check drawings and prepare relevant schedules - Prepare and check subcontractor’s progress claims - Monitor and supervise work progression, quality control, and ensure safety regulations are observed - Perform testing and commissioning at the work site - Maintain proper records for M&E issues Requirements : - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering - Minimum 10 years of experience with mechanical & electrical systems - Good site management, budget control, and supervision skills - Good interpersonal skills - Strong knowledge of M&E installation, architecture, structure, and local construction practices & authorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
