The Customer Workflows Solution Sales Executive will oversee the success of ServiceNow's CX, FSM, Source to Pay, and related Customer Workflows solutions for California State & Local Government (SLG) clients. These products are built on our leading Service Management platform, enabling enterprise processes to operate with consistent information. What you will do in this role: Drive new opportunities and growth of Customer Workflows within the territory Support CA SLG territory strategy and planning to enhance account targeting and execution Provide domain expertise during account planning based on territory strategy Align recommendations with Now Value principles Assist customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation and develop strategies collaboratively Coordinate with Solutions Consulting on Capability Roadmap feedback Coach sales team members on solution knowledge and opportunity identification Adjust responsibilities based on territory needs and celebrate successes Promote diversity and inclusion within the team Qualifications for success: Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making Current residence in Southern California with flexibility to travel Proven sales target achievement 7+ years of experience selling to SLG, preferably in Southern California 3+ years of success selling Customer Workflows solutions Experience closing new logos in SLED vertical Background as a SLG Specialty Sales AE or related role Experience working in a matrixed sales environment Deep understanding of SaaS/Software Sales and business processes Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field We offer a competitive salary range of $123,000-203,450 plus benefits and incentives, with variations based on location, experience, and qualifications.
