We are seeking a Quality Team Lead for the 3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am) at our Southaven Distribution Center. This role supports quality execution within the distribution center and leads a specific work area, monitoring KPIs such as daily Quality Checklist, Safety Audit Checklist, and Operational Output. Responsibilities:
Support the Quality Supervisor with all quality activities. Promote a safety-first mindset within the operation. Ensure quality standards in assigned areas (Pick, Pack, Dock, Euro/Parcel, etc.). Communicate effectively, both written and oral. Investigate discrepancies, conduct research, and resolve issues. Apply critical thinking and multitasking skills. Interact with various staff to reconcile open issues. Train new auditors according to SOP standards. Lead daily start-up meetings and communicate open issues. Provide feedback to supervisors and managers on incidents and improvements. Monitor personal performance and lead personnel within the work area. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work 3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am). Computer skills, including warehouse management systems. Material Handling Experience (e.g., Dock Truck, Picker, Forklift). Minimum 2 years in a high-volume distribution or retail environment. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP, RF Scan, and Warehouse Management Systems. Experience in shipping, receiving, and cycle counting. 2-3 years of direct Quality experience. 1-2 years of leadership experience.
