Responsibilities Ensure timely funding of all contracts and control of contracts in transit; obtain a resolution of all returned contracts. Establish, engage, and motivate the finance team to achieve performance expectations Highly skilled in structuring finance transactions and placing transactions with the proper lender. Conduct frequent transaction audits to ensure compliance by the finance team. Manage and schedule finance team to ensure we can provide an excellent experience to all customers. Coach and support finance team to ensure all store goals and objectives are met. Recruit and retain high performing finance managers. Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income. Requirements Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance Management experience. Experience with developing, mentoring, and training a successful team. Proven track record as a high performer, strong leadership and organizational skills, detailed knowledge of all finance products Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required. Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test DO NOT WAIT!!
