Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist

to join our

Receive, gather, and accurately transmit workers’ compensation information from communications with insured, claimants, and internal staff in a timely manner. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve lost time Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims. Mediates situations between the insured and insurance company, including researching coverage issues. Enter and maintain accurate claim information in the system, including final settlement details. Generate checks for indemnity and medical payments daily. Develop and monitor consistency in claims handling procedures within CRS. Willingness to become licensed if required in jurisdiction where claims are handled. Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Technical designations such as AIC and CPCU encouraged. 3-5 years claims experience, with a strong background in Workers’ Compensation claims handling. Active state-specific Workers’ Compensation License required or ability to acquire within three months. Jurisdictional expertise in UT, ID, CO, AZ. Proficient knowledge of Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage and claims processing procedures. Ability to adjudicate lost time claims across multiple jurisdictions and adapt to various software programs. About Us:
