Position Summary: As a Salesforce Scrum Master at Q2 Impact, you will guide Agile teams in the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions, including integration with Tableau, automation tools, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics. You will foster collaboration, facilitate efficient Agile practices, and drive successful project delivery within government contracting and security sector assistance contexts. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce project teams, advocating for Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize product backlogs and requirements, ensuring delivery of high-value Salesforce features. Remove impediments and proactively champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability among team members. Maintain and optimize Agile project artifacts (e.g., product/sprint backlogs) using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps; manage dashboards and reporting for leadership. Support data migration, integration, and automation initiatives across Salesforce and connected platforms. Ensure solutions adhere to federal security and compliance standards, partnering with ISSO, DT, and client representatives as needed. Promote open communication between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear alignment of goals, status, and risks. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with direct responsibility leading Salesforce or SaaS implementation teams (5+ years preferred for senior roles). Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent required. In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, automation) and Agile methodologies. Experience supporting government clients or federal contractors, especially projects with DoD, DHS, or U.S. Department of State. Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance, Active Secret clearance preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) or PMP certification. Experience with AI or data analytics integration in Salesforce environments. Familiarity with security compliance and federal IT standards. Prior experience in remote and cross-functional team leadership. Salary Range (as of 2025): The average annual salary for a Salesforce Scrum Master in the U.S. is approximately $120,000, with most positions falling between $103,000 and $137,500. Top earners, particularly in high-demand markets or senior roles, may earn up to $158,000 per year. Location, federal sector experience, and certifications may influence salary within this band.
