As a digital solution architect, this role involves architecting tech solutions, addressing customer needs, participating in business development, and contributing to employee growth. We seek someone to help our customers meet their mission by providing technical and solution leadership. As a Digital Solution business driver, you’ll engage with DoD and Air Force customers, the Acquisition community, and program managers to drive digital solutions in Cloud, Solutions, and AI, lead solution development, and guide through capture and execution. You will collaborate with commercial solutions providers to foster integration and serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams, tech partners, and Air Force stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical and business objectives. You will oversee a technical team and work closely with the client and contractors to onboard, develop, and deploy operational capabilities swiftly. Responsibilities include managing schedule, cost, performance, and staffing throughout the contract. You will lead strategic roadmaps, develop solutions, and implement metrics to track progress, uniting teams to make a tangible impact. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 10+ years of experience in digital solution business development in Cloud and Software Solutions 6+ years of IT program management experience 5+ years of working with stakeholders to interpret business and architecture needs and translate them into tech strategies and solutions 5+ years of experience with cloud development, migrations, upgrades, and optimization 5+ years of experience within the DoD landscape Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Cloud, Software Architecture, or AI certification Nice If You Have: 4+ years of experience with pre-sales engineering, setting financial targets, and delivering Cloud and Software managed services 4+ years of experience in relevant use case domains like USG efficiencies, autonomous systems, defense, aerospace, or intelligence 3+ years of experience in the Air Force business landscape Experience with Multi Cloud platforms and services Experience with LowCode-NoCode solutions Experience leading business case analyses, technology evaluations, and investments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Clearance: Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation: We offer health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours/week are eligible for benefits. The projected salary range is $142,900 to $266,000 annually.
