Job Summary Responsible for driving business performance by conducting in-depth data research, financial analysis, and process evaluation. Under moderate supervision, the Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, developing strategies, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operations and achieve organizational goals. This Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and the successful implementation of solutions.

Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze pricing and sales data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers. Create and maintain sales reporting. Participate in the proposal pricing process to include development of pricing strategies, analyzing and compiling cost data, preparing price submissions. Communicate pricing strategy to sales and divisional leadership Identify data and reporting tools necessary to/and perform business, financial and data analysis. Develop reporting/analysis for product manager, sales, and/or customers. Communicate the results of the business, financial and data analysis, provide insight into trends or unusual performance. Work directly with internal teams (such as Sales, Inventory Management, Finance) to provide intermediate level analysis and reporting as necessary. Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports. Recommend, develop, create and implement ad hoc reports as business conditions necessitate. Collect and analyze financial information related to the organizations expenses, seek ways to improve accuracy of budgets and forecasts Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics. Certification / Licensure Work Experience At least 2 years of related experience or combination of experience and education. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using basic functions, inserting charts, Pivot Tables, nested formulas). Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

The anticipated salary range for this position: $68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
