Serve as the

executive product owner

Develop and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, cost efficiency, and long-term viability

Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation by aligning investment strategies with industry requirements

Champion the use of customer data and behavioral insights to share a forward -looking product vision that delivers hyper-personalized, outcome-driven advisory solutions aligned with Empower's commitment to improving participant financial well-being

Product Management & Execution Responsible for the development and de

What you will bring: 10-12+ years of experience in investment product management,

advice,

managed accounts, or a related wealth management function

Expertise

in digital investment platforms,

retirement investment solutions

, and advisory models

Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and provide guidance to senior leadership

Strong financial acumen, with

a track record

of managing P&L,

optimizing

product economics, and influencing resource allocation

Bachelor's degree required

FINRA Series 65 license required within established timelines

FINRA Fingerprinting

What will set you apart: MBA, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or advanced degree preferred

Proven ability to work with abstract ideas, assess complex industry dynamics, and develop high-impact strategies

Experience managing multiple functional areas, driving cross-business collaboration, and leading strategic initiatives

BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $163,700.00 - $237,350.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
