Position Overview The Baldwin Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Marketing Executive to join our team in the West Region. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with insurance carriers, negotiating coverage plans, and providing expert advice to clients on commercial insurance and risk management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property, liability, and workers’ compensation insurance, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and clients.
Assess client needs and design suitable insurance solutions.
Negotiate with carriers for the best coverage and rates.
Market client business to various insurance carriers, handling both new and renewal policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technology.
Attend meetings, workshops, and networking events as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 15+ years of relevant experience.
Active state insurance license required.
Professional designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, or CIC are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
