Accounting Analyst

to join our

onsite

team in White Plains, NY. dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers, established in 1959. We operate in 127 airports across 35 countries, offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services. We serve over 300 airline customers daily, handling over 1,900 flights, 8,500 tons of cargo, 16,000 hotel bookings, and 320,000 meals. What We Offer:

Support the general manager with financial analysis to drive profitability and operational performance Maintain weekly forecasts; prepare annual budgets and reforecasts; analyze variances Communicate accounting processes and monitor compliance Evaluate costs and efficiencies in purchasing, billing, labor, and operations Assist in developing staffing plans and monitor labor costs Oversee material purchases and ensure adherence to budgets Prepare financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders Assist with audits and ledger preparations; perform operational audits Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing in accordance with GAAP/IFRS; prepare accruals Non-essential functions:

Other duties as assigned. Salary range: $68,000 - $105,000, influenced by experience and qualifications. Qualifications:

Associates or B.S. in Accounting or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or food processing Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Leadership ability to manage and develop staff Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Additional Demands:

Requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, punctuality, and following instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work indoors in variable noise levels. Core Competencies:
